Adam Chalnick, DPM
Dr. Adam Chalnick has dedicated his career to making quality podiatric care more accessible, personal, and convenient. After earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1999 and completing his podiatric surgical residency at New York Community Hospital in 2001, he chose to focus on bringing experienced foot and ankle care directly to patients’ homes throughout Brooklyn and Queens.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Chalnick has built his practice around the belief that patients deserve compassionate, attentive, and unhurried care. He takes the time to listen carefully, explain concerns clearly, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
Known for his warm, hands-on approach, Dr. Chalnick works closely with patients, family members, and caregivers to ensure thoughtful, coordinated care and ongoing support. When additional treatment or specialist services are needed, he helps guide patients through the next steps, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
